Thank you all for your patience and support after
the postponement of RoVenture. In the week since the decision was made, we have
been busily working to find a suitable new date and make RoVenture even better
than originally planned. As such, we have the following to share:
- The new date for RoVenture will be 10th-12th February 2023. The weather will
hopefully be much kinder to us and we should be able
to run the adventurous activities as originally planned. The program will
remain the same, with everyone arriving Friday 10th, our AA rotations on
Saturday 11th, and Sunday will be a rotation of fun activities and some
service.
- If you are able to attend the new date, your registration will roll over and
we will be in contact if we require any new information from you.
- If you are unable to attend the new date, we will be offering full refunds
(excluding preordered merch) for a set period of
time. More information around this will be sent in the coming weeks when we
have updated OLEMS to reflect the new dates and information.
- OLEMS has reopened for anyone still interested in attending who had not
already registered.
- With the new dates, we will also be reopening the merchandise opportunities
and Shaka Photo competition. More to follow in coming
days!
Thanks once again for everyone’s support and understanding. Here’s to drier
