ACT Scout Fellowship
ACT Scout Fellowship welcomes all retired, retiring or active adult leaders or Scouts over 18 years interested in continuing their association with the Scouting movement and/or being actively involved in supporting the movement.
Fellowship is open to all leaders and former Scouts. We have a role in continuing to serve Scouting by:
- Supporting each other as active or retired leaders or former Scouts, with hospitality and friendship
- Supporting ACT Branch or other Scouting major events such as Canberra Gang Show, Cuborees, JOTA, Cotter Shield
- Mentoring new leaders and youth members
- Providing specialist skills in support of Scouting activities
- Raising funds through partnerships with other community organisations
- Supporting Groups in fundraising, relief capacity, recruitment and administration.
Fellowship generally meets at Branch Headquarters, Garran on the second Saturday of the month from 10am to 12 noon, although this may vary due to calendar conflicts. Updates are posted on Scouts IT.
